Verdejo Gold Cluster
This wine is the result of a careful and thorough preparation of the Verdejo variety, wherein the temperature control during fermentation makes conserve the aromatic potential of the variety and perfect balance. Tasting Notes: Appearance: Pale yellow with very agile in glass reflections. Clean and bright. Nose: Nuances of plum and pear, herbs such as fennel and aniseed touches. Palate: The palate is fresh, complex, where you can notice all the fruit found on the nose. Long aftertaste. Pairing: Rice with fish, octopus, squid, mussels and shellfish. Serving temperature 7-8 º.
