This wine was made from grapes of the highest quality from our vineyards, fermented under temperature control with which we have preserved all the flavors and qualities of Cencibel variety. TASTING NOTES Vista: Color red plum. Nose: Intense, aromatic and very pleasant to drink stop. Aromas of black fruit with well integrated wood. Taste: Fresh in their entry into mouth. Nice round tannins with slight peaks. Pairing: Ideal for good hunting and all kinds of meat (especially red), stews and aged cheese. Temperature 18 º.
