This wine is the result of a careful and thorough preparation of the Verdejo variety, wherein the temperature control during fermentation makes conserve the aromatic potential of the variety and perfect balance. Tasting Notes: Appearance: Pale yellow with very agile in glass reflections. Clean and bright. Nose: Nuances of plum and pear, herbs such as fennel and aniseed touches.
